DC Force Competes at the Slaterettes Classic 2025

Congratulations to the DC Force teams and players that competed at the Slaterettes Classic Tournament this past weekend!

12U had a very competitive weekend full of friends old and new. The team had multiple batting achievements throughout the weekend; everyone got on base at least once and made contact at least once! Stellar leadership and a team full of energy lead the team into the championships, where a fight to the end landed the Force in second place.

The 14U "Philly Force" came away from this weekend's Slaterettes Classic in third place. Stellar pitching and smart baserunning took the Force out of Saturday 1-1, and a strong batting performance on Sunday sent the Force home with a 2-1 record.

Our 16/17+ group took home the championship title this weekend at the Slaterettes Classic. A combined team of DC Force and Philly Flames players in what started out as a shaky beginning on Saturday ended in a thrilling victory by Sunday (including an in the park home run by Addison Ruffing!).
