Join us in welcoming our newest board member, Jenny!

Jenny Nowakowski has 22 years experience in education as a classroom teacher and instruction coach both in Maryland and Virginia. Her passion for education is built on the foundation of building relationships and student efficacy. Her daughter, Charleigh, became a member of DCBG in 2024. Through DCGB’s leading edge coaching best practices, Charleigh has made tremendous player growth on and off the field. Jenny’s husband, Mike, has been inspired to develop as a coach utilizing the similar coaching philosophies as DCGB. They continue to hold high expectations for their children’s baseball experiences because of the vision and meaning behind the DCGB program. The Nowakowski family continues to be active in their local Little League. Jenny continues to support by being a team parent and Mike coaches both Charleigh and her younger brother, Keiser, who also loves baseball.
